Ingredients

- 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon emeril's original essence
Recipe
- 1 drain garbanzo beans and put into a bowl.
- 2 add all other ingredients.
- 3 mix well and refridgerate for 2 hours.
