Corn Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 (4 ounce) can of diced jalapenos
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups of grated mexican blend cheese
Recipe
- 1 drain the corn then dump corn in large mixing bowl.
- 2 dice the green onion.
- 3 add green onion, green chilis, and jalepeno to mixing bowl.
- 4 add garlic powder, mayo, and sour cream to mixing bowl.
- 5 stir to combine ingredients.
- 6 add cheese then stir again to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- 7 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 8 serve with corn chips, tortillas, or crackers.
