Corn Dip

Total Time: 24 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 ounce) cans corn, drained
  • 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of diced jalapenos
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups of grated mexican blend cheese

Recipe

  • 1 drain the corn then dump corn in large mixing bowl.
  • 2 dice the green onion.
  • 3 add green onion, green chilis, and jalepeno to mixing bowl.
  • 4 add garlic powder, mayo, and sour cream to mixing bowl.
  • 5 stir to combine ingredients.
  • 6 add cheese then stir again to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  • 7 cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 8 serve with corn chips, tortillas, or crackers.
