Ingredients

- 2 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs skirt steaks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 limes, juice of
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 lay the flank steak in a large non reflective bowl.combine ingredients to form marinade
- 2 then pour marinade over steak. cover for 1-4 hours, and refrigerate.
- 3 preheat grill pan on medium high flame. brush the grates with some olive oil toi prevent the meat from sticking.
- 4 season the steak with the salt and pepper. grill the pieces for a few minutes until they are medium rare.
