Homemade Salsa

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 small tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped (1 1/3 cups)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 1 -2 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 -2 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in food processor. cover and pulse with several on/off turns until mixture is evenly chopped. season to taste with additional salt, if needed. store in covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
