Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 small tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped (1 1/3 cups)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
- 1 -2 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in food processor. cover and pulse with several on/off turns until mixture is evenly chopped. season to taste with additional salt, if needed. store in covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
