Fruit Salsa

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix all chopped evenly in size fruit together.
  • 2 add pepper, cilantro, and lime juice to fruit.
  • 3 toss well.
  • 4 cover and place in fridge, one to two hours.
  • 5 store covered in fridge up to one week.
