Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (13 ounce) can canned chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 shred the chicken. mix all the ingredients.
  • 3 transfer the mixture to a lightly greased medium baking dish.
  • 4 bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
