Black Bean And Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked drained black beans
  • 1/2 cup finely diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced lime segment
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine black beans, pineapple, pepper, lime and onion. add remaining ingredients and mix well. serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
