Charred Tomato Salsa

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 9 tomatoes, roma is what i use
  • 2 jalapenos (remove seeds if you like it really mild)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 chipotle chile in adobo (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (optional)
  • chicken bouillon granule

Recipe

  • 1 charr tomatoes and jalapenos until black on all sides.
  • 2 you can do this in a cast iron skillet, in the oven or on the grill.
  • 3 you want very dark skins.
  • 4 throw everything in blender.
  • 5 blend until constancy you want.
  • 6 add bouillon to taste.
