Ingredients

- 9 tomatoes, roma is what i use
- 2 jalapenos (remove seeds if you like it really mild)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 chipotle chile in adobo (optional)
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (optional)
- chicken bouillon granule
Recipe
- 1 charr tomatoes and jalapenos until black on all sides.
- 2 you can do this in a cast iron skillet, in the oven or on the grill.
- 3 you want very dark skins.
- 4 throw everything in blender.
- 5 blend until constancy you want.
- 6 add bouillon to taste.
