Ingredients

- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 in a food processer, pulse the peppers, onion and garlic to a coarse chop.
- 2 add cilantro and pulse to desired size.
- 3 add tomatoes with all remaining ingredients and pulse to around a fine diced texture.
- 4 let refrigerate for atleast 24 hours before serving.
