Grilled Jalapenos With Bacon And Sausage

Ingredients
- 24 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 3/4 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 12 slices bacon, strips halved
Recipe
- 1 wash peppers and remove stems.
- 2 cut a slit along one side of each pepper.
- 3 remove seeds.
- 4 rinse and dry peppers.
- 5 cook sausage over medium heat until no pink remains and drain.
- 6 stuff peppers with sausage and wrap with bacon; secure with a toothpick.
- 7 grill peppers uncovered over medium heat for 15 minutes or until tender and bacon is crisp, turning frequently.
