- 4 avocados
- 1 -2 lemon, juice of
- 3 -4 shallots, chopped fine or 3 -4 red onions
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped fine
- 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Recipe
- 1 place avocado flesh in bowl.
- 2 mash with fork till smooth.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- 4 serve with chips, toast, or veggies to dip.
