Grilled Lamb With Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno peppers or 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro or 1 tablespoon mint
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 salsa.
  • 2 mix well and let sit 20-30 minute.
  • 3 marinate meat for 30 minute.
  • 4 grill 6-8 minute per side brushing often with marinate.
