Chili

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 fry the meat in a large pot, adding the jalapeno peppers and diced onions.
  • 2 add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and all spices.
  • 3 cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
