Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 fry the meat in a large pot, adding the jalapeno peppers and diced onions.
- 2 add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and all spices.
- 3 cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 4 add kidney beans and heat until ready to serve.
