- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos, chopped fine (optional)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients til blended.
- 2 drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
- 3 fry til cooked.
