Jalapeno-glazed Rib Eyes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup jalapeno jelly
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 rib eye steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 10 ounces frozen corn, thawed
  • 3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat indoor electric grill.
