- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 red pepper
- 6 green onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse black beans.
- 2 seed and chop all peppers.
- 3 cut green onions into small pieces.
- 4 chop cilantro.
- 5 mix all ingredients well.
- 6 let sit several hours to blend flavors.
- 7 enjoy on chips!
