Ingredients

- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into coins
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 steam the cauliflower until fork-tender.
- 2 meanwhile, warm the olive oil and fry the onion, garlic, and carrots until soft.
- 3 add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 4 add cauliflower and combine.
- 5 add masala, yogurt, and pepper. stir.
