Hummus Mexicana

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled seed removed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, destemed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaf
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
  • 3 to thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
