- 2 slices fresh pineapple (3/4 inch)
- 2 anaheim chilies
- 1 jalapeno chile
- 2 slices onions (1/2 inch)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, toss pineapple, anaheim and jalapeno chilies, and onion slices together in the olive oil.
- 2 grill until soft and browned, about 10 minutes.
- 3 pull tops off chiles.
- 4 puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
