Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 14 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese (salsa type)
  • 14 slices bacon (cut in half)

Recipe

  • 1 cut peppers in half.
  • 2 core ribs and seeds.
  • 3 mix the cheeses well together.
  • 4 stuff the pepper halves.
  • 5 wrap the halves with the half bacon slices.
  • 6 secure with toothpicks.
  • 7 preheat grill to approximately 400 degrees.
  • 8 put halves on a pizza pan or equivelant (pan with holes/slots).
  • 9 cook to desired doneness. watch closely, may flame up.
  • 10 enjoy!
