Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
- 14 jalapeno peppers
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese (salsa type)
- 14 slices bacon (cut in half)
Recipe
- 1 cut peppers in half.
- 2 core ribs and seeds.
- 3 mix the cheeses well together.
- 4 stuff the pepper halves.
- 5 wrap the halves with the half bacon slices.
- 6 secure with toothpicks.
- 7 preheat grill to approximately 400 degrees.
- 8 put halves on a pizza pan or equivelant (pan with holes/slots).
- 9 cook to desired doneness. watch closely, may flame up.
