Chicken Marinade One (tex Mex)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup canned tomatillo, drained and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag with your choice of marinade. refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute marinade.
