Ingredients

- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup canned tomatillo, drained and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Recipe
- 1 place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag with your choice of marinade. refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute marinade.
