Breakfast Pizza

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 lb sausage or 1 lb bacon
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream (optional)
  • jalapeno (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375. press dough onto greased large pizza pan. bake crust 5-7 minutes until slightly brown. remove from oven & set aside. meanwhile, cook meat; drain & set aside. scramble eggs in large skillet. spread salsa over pizza crust. top with meat, eggs & cheese. bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted & pizza is heated through. serve hot & top with sour cream &/or jalapenos (optional).
