- 2 pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 lb sausage or 1 lb bacon
- 18 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream (optional)
- jalapeno (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375. press dough onto greased large pizza pan. bake crust 5-7 minutes until slightly brown. remove from oven & set aside. meanwhile, cook meat; drain & set aside. scramble eggs in large skillet. spread salsa over pizza crust. top with meat, eggs & cheese. bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted & pizza is heated through. serve hot & top with sour cream &/or jalapenos (optional).
