Barbecue Deer Jerky

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs deer, sliced thick
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 rub salt into deer meat.
- 2 mix together all ingredients.
- 3 marinate meat overnight in the fridge.
- 4 dehydrate for 8 hours - don't overcook.
- 5 yummy!
