Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups pickled juice, from vlasic hot jalapeno slices (vlasic is our favorite)
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno, from the jar for good measure (optional)
Recipe
- 1 1. chop cauliflower into bite, or finger food size pieces.
- 2 2. pack into clean glass jar.
- 3 3. fill to cover with the pickled juice.
- 4 4. let set in fridge for 2-3 or so days.
- 5 5. enjoy.
