Jonetta's Favorite Jalapeno Spinach

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
 
- 3 (10 ounce) frozed chopped spinach 
 
- 1/4 cup butter 
 
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped 
 
- 2 tablespoons flour 
 
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk 
 
- 1 (6 ounce) package jalapeno cheese 
 
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1 dash pepper 
 
-  buttered bread crumb 
 
Recipe
- 1 add spinach, butter and chopped onion into medium saucepan and cook until tender. 
 
- 2 drain liquid from spinach and save 1/2 cup of the liquid 
 
- 3 transfer spinach into bowl. 
 
- 4 in saucepan, add evaporated milk and the liquid from spinach and cook until slightly thickened. 
 
- 5 add jalapeno cheese, worchestersire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. 
 
- 6 stir in spinach and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. 
 
- 7 top with buttered bread crumbs.
