Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- lettuce (either romaine or iceberg)
- fresh basil (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh cilantro (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh oregano (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh rosemary (taste, finely chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeno (finely chopped)
- 1/2 fuji apple (diced)
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- blue cheese (taste)
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 chop all ingredients into small bite-sized pieces. the objective is to get a little of everything on your fork.
