Grilled Chicken Balls

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into tenders
  • 1/4 lb bacon (you will need 1 slice for each tender)
  • jalapeno, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 lay out a slice of raw bacon.
  • 2 lay the tender on top (pound them out if needed).
  • 3 lay a sliced jalepeno on top of the tender.
  • 4 roll up and secure with a wooden toothpick.
  • 5 grill until chicken is done.
  • 6 *note: all ingredient amounts are guesses, i've never measured, just used.
