Ingredients
- 2 (20 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 whole jalapeno peppers, chopped (i only use 2 and i seed them first!)
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces v 8 juice
- fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 set in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
