Homemade Salsa...

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (20 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 whole jalapeno peppers, chopped (i only use 2 and i seed them first!)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces v 8 juice
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 set in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
