Jalapeno And Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 -2 jalapeno, minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce

Recipe

  • 1 toss all 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • 2 can be eaten straight away, or let sit in the fridge, covered for 30 minutes.
  • 3 serve with crusty, cheesy garlic bread!
