Ingredients
- 4 ounces rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 -2 jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 toss all 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 can be eaten straight away, or let sit in the fridge, covered for 30 minutes.
- 3 serve with crusty, cheesy garlic bread!
