Grilled Pineapple Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped
  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 roasted medium jalapeno, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let sit 2 or 3 hours.
