Ingredients
- 2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped
- 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1 roasted medium jalapeno, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let sit 2 or 3 hours.
