- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 6 -8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 soften cream cheese.
- 2 spread over bottom and sides of pie plate.
- 3 spread a thin layer of salsa.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 melt in microwave 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
