Kick Butt Shrimp!

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 15 jumbo shrimp (fresh if possible) 
- 1/2 cup wine (not dry) 
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning 
- 3 teaspoons paprika 
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped) 
- 4 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce 
- 2 teaspoons sugar 
Recipe
- 1 peel and shrimp and wash them under cold water. be careful not to overwork them! 
- 2 pour all ingredients including shrimp into a large zip lock bag and coat shrimp then store them in the frig. for 15 minutes. 
- 3 while the shrimp are resting place your grill on medium/low and wipe it with olive oil to keep the shrimp from sticking. 
- 4 after 15 min place the shrimp on the grill and be sure to space them out about a inch apart. 
- 5 cook for about 3 min on each side or until they are just firm. 
- 6 remove and place over buttery garlic bread which i also cook on the grill. do all these steps and your last one will be wow! pair this with seasoned ranch.for extra heat i rub toasty bread with jalapenos!
