Chicken Bacon Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1/4 cup jalapeno
- salt
- onion powder
- creole seasoning
- dill
- tortilla
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- cooking oil, of choice
Recipe
- 1 oil pan or flat iron. place chicken on pan on medium heat. season with salt, dill, onion powder and creole seasoning. cook til no longer pink on inside.
- 2 cook bacon at the same time to desired crispness.
- 3 slice onion and dice jalapeños. saute.
- 4 cube chicken and dice bacon. mix all ingredients together.
- 5 melt butter in pan. place tortillas on pan long enough to get hot. remove from pan to plate.
- 6 fill tortillas with desired amount of filling (not too full or you cant fold it).
- 7 add cheese.
- 8 fold tortillas and place in pan. crisp on all sides.
- 9 serve with ranch on the side.
