Chicken Bacon Wraps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • creole seasoning
  • dill
  • tortilla
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • cooking oil, of choice

Recipe

  • 1 oil pan or flat iron. place chicken on pan on medium heat. season with salt, dill, onion powder and creole seasoning. cook til no longer pink on inside.
  • 2 cook bacon at the same time to desired crispness.
  • 3 slice onion and dice jalapeños. saute.
  • 4 cube chicken and dice bacon. mix all ingredients together.
  • 5 melt butter in pan. place tortillas on pan long enough to get hot. remove from pan to plate.
  • 6 fill tortillas with desired amount of filling (not too full or you cant fold it).
  • 7 add cheese.
  • 8 fold tortillas and place in pan. crisp on all sides.
  • 9 serve with ranch on the side.
