Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled,seeded,and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced (about 1 medium)
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 cup chopped, fresh sweet onion
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 toss gently.
- 3 chill for 1 hour.
