Kent's Nachos

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) bag cantina tortilla chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) package tyson fajita chicken strips, fried and sliced into strips (i like beef)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black beans

Recipe

  • 1 layer chips in a 11 x 14 oven dish. sprinkle top of chips with cheese, then with beef, then peppers and beans. bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes, until melted. top with cilantro and dollops of sour cream.
  • 2 serve with pico and guacamole.
