Hot Salsa

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 -4 large tomatoes (nice and meaty)
- 1/2 large red onion (or more if desired)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds included)
- 1/2 wax pepper
- 1 lime
- 10 -16 cilantro leaves (to taste)
- sea salt (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 run tomatoes through processor, set aside.
- 2 sprinkle coarse sea salt on processed tomatoes.
- 3 add all peppers, cilantro and onion into processor and finely chop.
- 4 mix all together and squeeze that fresh lime juice into salsa and top with more fresh sea salt. if too hot add additional tomato.
- 5 *if you cut this recipe in half and hand chop all ingredients it makes an amazing pico de gallo*.
