- 2 (15 ounce) cans mexicorn
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 3 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
- 3 green onions, chopped (including tops)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and chill. serve with dipping size fritos. this may be served as a salad.
