Ingredients

- 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 jalapeno (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 -3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 mix all above ingredients except rice in food processor or blender.
- 2 combine with cooked warm rice.
- 3 and kosher salt to taste.
