Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, minced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, minced (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and let stand covered in the fridge at least 2 hours to let the flavors mix. cooking time is marinating time.
