- 2 lbs green chilies, roasted and skin removed
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 blend chiles in food processor until chunky. add in remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- 2 use immediately or freeze for later use.
