Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 -2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large skillet until hot.
- 2 add onions, cilantro, garlic and pepper.
- 3 cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is tender.
- 4 add rice and stir until blended.
- 5 cook 3 minutes sor until thoroughly heated.
