Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus

Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
 
- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 
 
- 3 tablespoons lime juice 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1/2 cup olive oil 
 
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 
 
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 
 
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, pulse garlic. 
 
- 2 add beans, lime juice and salt. 
 
- 3 puree. 
 
- 4 slowly add olive oil and blend until thick, 1-2 minute. 
 
- 5 add cilantro and jalapeno, pulse 10 seconds.
