Jamaican Rum Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in small bowl. place chicken in food storage bag. pour marinade over chicken. refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice.
- 2 spray grill with cooking spray. grill chicken until no longer pink.
