Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (12 ounce) cans corn (any variety you like, i like shoepeg)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 jalapeno, seeded to taste and chopped
Recipe
- 1 -preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 -combine all above ingredients in an 8x8 baking dish.
- 3 -cook for 30 minutes and serve.
