Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled,seeded and diced
- 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced yellow sweet pepper
- 3 jalapenos, diced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 4 teaspoons chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and toss well.
