Easy Cornbread - Sour Cream - Super Moist

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 ounces canned diced jalapenos (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingrediants except butter/margarine.
  • 3 melt butter/margarine in brownie pan (13 x 9) in oven.
  • 4 pour mixture into the melted butter in the brownie pan and put in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
