Easy Cornbread - Sour Cream - Super Moist

Ingredients

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 ounces canned diced jalapenos (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingrediants except butter/margarine.
- 3 melt butter/margarine in brownie pan (13 x 9) in oven.
- 4 pour mixture into the melted butter in the brownie pan and put in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
