Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi, skin removed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs tomatillos
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaf
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
