- 1 cup reg. long-grain rice, cooked
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 blend cooked rice with sour cream in a bowl; stir in jalapeños.
- 2 place mixture in a buttered 2 quart baking dish, or shallow casserole dish. top with grated cheese.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 20 to 30 minutes.
