Herb & Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • lettuce (either romaine or iceberg)
  • fresh basil (taste, finely chopped)
  • fresh cilantro (taste, finely chopped)
  • fresh oregano (taste, finely chopped)
  • fresh rosemary (taste, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 jalapeno (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 fuji apple (diced)
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 scallion (chopped)
  • blue cheese (taste)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 chop all ingredients into small bite-sized pieces. the objective is to get a little of everything on your fork.
  • 2 toss.
  • 3 serve.
